We have a team of dedicated project managers who focus diligently on the management of design and construction sequences and processes for projects of medium to large scale - both new build and fit out.
Our range of construction management services provides our clients with oversight of the entire project’s delivery – from planning and preconstruction, through construction and handover. This service is often taken up by experienced clients who are familiar with the value a central construction management role can add in providing them a first line of defence in risk mitigation.
We currently limit this service to projects in the UK and Ireland in order to ensure we can provide the highest standard of services with our UK based staff. This can be reviewed on a project by project basis.
