The desire is to take a project from concept through to completion and our skillset extends from institutionally standard buildings through to sub terranean, muti level and temperature-controlled facilities, this has enabled us to be involved in some of the most complex building solutions across the globe.

Optimising the operation is always the primary objective to ensure that the infrastructure, envelope and fit out requirements are delivered to core design principles to maximise the environmental, sustainable and cost certainty for the project.

We fulfil the Principal Designer role to manage compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015 involving a close co-operation with the design team, client and principal contractor to ensure that significant and foreseeable risks are managed throughout the design process.
